Privacy and cookies
This page sets out what the website stores on your device and what data arises from running it. It is written to be readable without a legal dictionary.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small records a website keeps in your browser. They are used, for example, to remember a choice you made, or to make it possible to measure how the site is used.
This website uses two categories. Necessary records are required for the technical operation and security of the site and are stored without consent. Analytics cookies are optional, off by default, and load only after you actively turn them on.
There is no marketing category, because the website uses no marketing or advertising technology.
Analytics and your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage. The Google Analytics script is not loaded and does not contact Google servers until you enable the Analytics category yourself in Cookie settings. Before consent there is therefore no request to Google and no analytics cookie.
If you decline analytics, Google Analytics is not loaded — neither now nor on later visits. Declining analytics does not restrict access to the website’s content or to any of its functions.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of both language versions. After withdrawal Google Analytics does not start on the next page load, and collection stops on the page currently open.
Google Search Console, which we use to monitor how the site is indexed in search, is a webmaster tool. It does not place any visitor analytics cookies through the website.
What data we process
The website has no contact form, no registration and no user accounts. The email link opens your own email program; you send the message from there, and we process its contents only in order to answer your enquiry.
For the technical operation and security of the website, ordinary server logs arise at our hosting provider, which may contain an IP address and browser details.
After you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process online identifiers and information about website use, such as the pages visited and basic interaction data, for the stated analytics purpose.
Google may process that data as a service provider and recipient under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with its applicable contractual, technical and organisational safeguards and documentation.
We do not send email addresses, names or any other directly identifying data to Google Analytics, and we use no custom events or parameters that could contain such data. We do not use Google Signals, ads personalisation, remarketing, User-ID or any Google Ads linkage, and we do not use analytics for marketing profiling.
